Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include delivery charges. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown during checkout or otherwise advised before payment is completed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate, but if a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and provide a refund or contact you before proceeding. The ACCC notes that businesses must not mislead consumers and must comply with consumer guarantee obligations. 

6. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept payment through third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with any relevant payment provider terms that apply to your transaction.

We do not generally store full debit or credit card details on our own systems.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website or otherwise advised to you.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services, seasonal demand, weather events, and other factors beyond our control.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you toward a resolution.

8. Custom, Made-to-Order, or Personalised Items

Where a product is custom-made, personalised, or made to your specific requirements:

• production may take longer than standard items

• changes may not be possible once production has started

• refunds or exchanges may not be available for change of mind, unless required by law

Nothing in this clause excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Change of Mind

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind on handcrafted, custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised products unless we choose to do so in our discretion.

For standard products, any change-of-mind return policy we offer will be set out separately on our website.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Consumer Guarantees and Faulty Products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund where required by law. The ACCC explains that consumer guarantees apply automatically when businesses sell goods or services to consumers. 

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us with details and, where possible, photographs or supporting information.

Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

11. Gift Cards and Promotional Offers

If we issue gift cards, vouchers, or promotional codes, they may be subject to separate terms, including expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, and exclusions.

Promotional offers cannot usually be combined unless expressly stated.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.
